Where will I pass through airport immigration?
I will be transiting through Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam from Manila to Brussels. I only have 2 hours to board my connecting flight to Brussels. Will I still pass through airport immigration in Schiphol Airport? Or will I do that in Brussels? I am from the Philippines and is only holding a short stay Schengen visa. Im just a little confused because people say that I have to pass through immigration on the first Schengen country I first land in even if its not my country of destination. If I have to pass through immigration in Amsterdam, will 2 hours be enough for the whole process and board my connecting flight? Help please.......thanks

You have to stay in the international area of the airport (or airside as it is called there) otherwise you will have to go through immigrations. Otherwise it’s just transfering from one plane to another
