London Apartments and Best place to live?

I am looking for a single bed room apartment in London. My work place is near Aldgate. I don't want to spend more than 45 minutes on one way travel. Please suggest a good place to rent a single bed room apartment and the rent of apartment.

Just moved to London from EU. How do I rent without reference / credit score?

I recently moved to London from another EU country. I got my job and now I would like to rent an apartment. I already exchanged my driving license to a UK one so I have a proof of address at where I'm staying at temporarily - but do not pay any rent as I'm staying with friends.

I checked a few agencies' terms and conditions and some of them stated that I need to stay in the UK for 6 months before renting. And that I need reference from my previous landlord. And they will also carry out credit check.

This is awesome because I have none of these from above, as I moved to London like 2 weeks ago, and before that I've been living with family at my home country and because I haven't worked in the UK yet, I won't have any credit score.

I don't know what to do.

Any ideas?

one of my project is renting out Luxury apartments, I was wondering what is the best medium to market it to bigger companies travelling to London.

How do I market it at a very low cost, also does anybody know about project management software? which will help me keep track of all things at once.

Holiday apartment in london?

Anyone know the best way to find a reasonable clean apartment/house to rent in london - (with parking for a car) for 4 people to share? Preferably 2 double bedrooms? Between X-mas and new year for approx 3-4 nights? Not looking for B&B etc. Just living accomodation.
Focus: This needs to be fairly clean.
