Hi Michelle-

I researched this for you using zip codes. Florence is 85132. Nearby Coolidge is 85228.

For apartments and houses I have found to be a very good source.

You said you found one rental in Florence. This site shows about 15, however most are houses. The rents seem very reasonable though. $750 for a new 3br house with a garage is a great deal.

Florence is pretty small, not many apartments. Stay away from Coolidge though, its not that close and not a nice place. There are a ton of new homes in the area though that were built and owned by investors- just west of Florence, available for rent cheaper than an apartment would be. Merrill Ranch is part of Florence, nice, and should have some homes to rent.
