Water is included in the rent. Electricity is about 30 Euros a month and gas around 100 Euros. It obviously varies as to how the apartment is heated. The gas would only apply if you heat with gas and use it to heat the water.
Sometimes apartments have centralized heating so you pay around 100 Euros a month for this in winter and obviously your gas bills are then lower.
