apartments to rent in paris for 3 months?

which areas should two girls hoping to stay and work in paris for 3 months live? which areas should we avoid(which arrondisements)? would living in areas such as st denis or levallois feel like living in paris? is 900 euros per month enough for rent?
just a note.. we can speak french and are looking into visas already

I see a couple of problems here.

When you are talking about only a three month stay then you are not looking at the usual rental but a short term tourist type rental. These tend to be much more expensive. The French real estate market is such that I doubt you can find someone to rent for this period at this price.

I also notice that you seem to be an Australian. It is illegal for you to work in France without permission and it is not likely that you would receive such permission.

I also wonder if you speak French. While many people in France and especially in Paris, do speak English, employment without fluency is very difficult to obtain.

Also, please note that the unemployment rate in France is very high and jobs are scarce even for French citiznes.

900 euros per month should be enough for rent for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment.

Check out this website, it has a list of agencies and online bulletin boards where people post their properties for rent. It also has a map of arrondisements and some info about where to stay:
