900 pounds a month living in Prague?

rent prague

A friend of mine told me he spoke to a guy that was living in Prague thanks to his property he had rented out.His property is worth 900 pounds a month (tax free)and he claimed that's plenty to live in the czech Republic. He lives 10 km from Prague and he does not work there, he just lives on the rent money. He pays for a room and he says he has still money left overt at the end of the month!
Is this possible?
