Has anyone bought an apartment in Prague?
We're thinking of buying an apartment in the Czech Republic but I have been told that EU national (I'm Irish) need to register a company to do that?!!! Is this true? Thanks, all info much appreciated.

I was told when I looked into it that they are very protective of their property and you do indeed need a company there. They don’t want all of their prime areas sold off overseas and that’s understandable I suppose so they don’t make it easy.
